Mandate for the Next Colorado Governor

Transparency. Accountability. Science. Community. A better way forward for Colorado.

Restoring the American Reality
For 45 years, both parties, in Washington and Denver, adopted a theory that said markets, left alone, would take care of everyone. What that theory was really about was greed — the same laissez-faire economics that caused the Great Depression and that the New Deal rejected. They cut top tax rates, broke the unions, deregulated banking, shipped manufacturing jobs overseas, stopped enforcing antitrust law, replaced pensions with 401(k)s, and made student loans the only consumer debt you can’t discharge in bankruptcy. This was not a conspiracy. It was greed unchecked by government — legalized, bipartisan, and enforced by both parties against working Americans of both parties.
Dr. Komor is running to begin the work of giving Colorado back the American Reality our fathers had — and to reverse climate change through jobs-rich Direct Atmospheric Carbon Removal. As an Independent, he is free to call the system what it is, and free to guide Colorado back to the bargain that built the middle class.

Science-Driven Climate Change Reversal

The Komor administration will treat climate change as what it is: the largest public works and jobs opportunity in Colorado history. The Interstate SkyCarbon Blueprint pairs Direct Atmospheric Carbon Removal with hyperscale data centers, a recovered-carbon manufacturing economy, and clean geothermal, wind, and solar energy on the Eastern Plains. Colorado doesn’t just slow the damage — we reverse it, and put tens of thousands of Coloradans on the payroll to build it.

Corporate Accountability & Fair Play

The people who broke the bargain are the ones who will pay to rebuild it. The Komor platform closes corporate tax loopholes, mandates clawbacks on companies that take state subsidies and flee, requires hyperscale data operators to pay the full cost of the infrastructure they consume, breaks up hospital monopolies, cracks down on private equity strip-mining Colorado businesses and newspapers, and enforces antitrust law the way it was enforced when Eisenhower was president. Zero new taxes on Colorado working families.

Community-Centered Governance

Government should work with you — not just during elections, but every day. The Komor platform rebuilds the civic organizations that used to anchor community trust, reorients public safety toward protection first, hardens schools without turning them into armed camps, and gives residents real tools to shape decisions and hold leaders accountable through Citizen Juries, a Daily Citizen Dashboard, and Legacy Impact Scoring on every major directive.

The Vision
We believe government should work with you — not just during elections, but every day. Our vision centers on transparency, accountability, and meaningful public participation, giving residents real tools to shape decisions and hold leaders accountable.
We’re building a smarter financial future — one that invests in long-term growth, closes the unfair loopholes that moved wealth from your paycheck to a boardroom, and funds critical priorities like mental health, housing, education, and climate reversal without placing additional strain on taxpayers.
This is not a wish list. It is a set of specific tools that puts paychecks back into working households, prices back within reach, safety back on the streets you walk, dignity back into the work you do, and a livable climate back on the table for your grandchildren.

Restoring Social and
Economic Sovereignty

A Colorado Governor must do more than manage a budget;

they must build state wealth. The Komor platform introduces

a suite of "Industrial Sovereignty" tools that bypass the

partisan gridlock in Denver:

  • The CPIF (Public Investment Fund): Taking equity in our

  • own clean-tech startups so the state profits when they

  • succeed.

  • The "Good Neighbor" Safety Model: Empowering police

  • to "Speak Softly and Carry a Big Stick"—prioritizing

  • service while maintaining technical superiority.

  • The Colorado Cleanup Doctrine: Holding "fossil majors" accountable by mandating Remediation Surety Bonds upfront.
